These terms apply to the public marketing site and the waitlist form. Product use, deployment terms, and customer obligations are handled through separate agreements when applicable.

Public website use

You may use this site to learn about Fulcrum and to join the waitlist. Please do not misuse the public forms, attempt to interfere with the site, or submit information you do not have the right to share.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, onboarding, or a commercial relationship, and it is not a purchase or a reservation. It records your address so we can email you when Fulcrum opens to new teams.
